 Applications where more than 50% of trees in a Tree Preservation Order are affected  Now delegated to officers
 The decision or determination is in accordance with all relevant development plan policies and supplementary guidance, emerging plans and Planning Policy Guidance Notes Applications for development contrary to Development Plan but which are being recommended for approval
 The decision or determination would not be contrary to any view received from an elected County Council member within a specified consultation period  Now delegated to officers
 The decision or determination is in accord with all relevant adopted local authority standards  Now delegated to officers
 The decision or determination would not conflict with any relevant representation received within a specified consultation period from a statutory consultee or from the public as a result of publicity for the application.  Now delegated to officers
 Applications involving environmental impact assessment  No change
Application made by or on behalf of members or senior officers of the council  No change
 All applications involving mineral extraction or waste disposal  All applications involving mineral extraction or waste disposal over 0.5 hectare
